Vera Squaratti is the founder of Studio Legale Squaratti. She is an Italian lawyer with more than twenty years of professional experience in European regulatory law, State aid, public policy and corporate governance in complex and highly regulated environments.
She holds a Ph.D. in International Economic Law from Università Bocconi and has developed a professional path combining legal practice, academic research and international experience.
Over the years, she has assisted private clients, medium and large companies and public administrations, both at central and local level, in complex legal and regulatory matters. Her work includes representation in litigation before national courts and administrative jurisdictions, including courts of last instance, both in Italy and abroad, as well as strategic advisory in complex out-of-court contexts.
She has served as sole arbitrator and member of arbitral tribunals in corporate, civil and administrative arbitration proceedings.
Alongside her legal practice, she serves as Adjunct Professor in EU and international law and is the author of numerous academic and professional publications.
She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Camera Amministrativa della Lombardia Orientale (CADLO) and the Brescia representative of the Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti.
